Co-Founder | Clinical Hypnotherapist
Joey Ting
"Joey Ting is the Co-Founder of Know Me Collective, a practitioner-led initiative dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgemental space for individuals to explore identity, emotional resilience, and holistic well-being."
Joey began her therapeutic journey by founding Jo's Therapy in the heart of Georgetown, where she worked independently and supported a wide range of clients on her own. Building her practice from the ground up, she gained deep, hands-on experience working closely with individuals navigating trauma, emotional distress, and personal transformation. This period shaped her clinical maturity, resilience, and belief in meaningful, human-centred care.
With a nursing background, Joey approaches individuals through an integrated mind– body perspective, recognising that mental well-being is deeply interconnected with physical health, neurobiology, and lifestyle factors. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology, strengthening her academic grounding while balancing professional practice and ongoing clinical development. Her professional training includes a Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Addiction Behaviour & Psychological Pain (ABPP), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), certification as a Neuroscience Coach, and practice in Nutrigenetics and Nutrigenomics.
This multidisciplinary foundation allows Joey to see each individual beyond symptoms alone—understanding how psychological patterns, neurological responses, and biological individuality interact in shaping well-being. Her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable change begins with self-awareness, informed choice, and compassionate support.
Today, Joey is ready to grow beyond a solo practice. Through Know Me Collective, she is building a values-aligned team of practitioners who share a common mission of ethical care, collaboration, and empowerment. Deeply committed to uplifting women, Joey actively advocates for women believing in their own strength and in the power of women supporting women—both within the therapeutic space and beyond.
Through Know Me Collective, Joey is dedicated to empowering individuals and practitioners alike to move from dependence to independence, from survival to clarity, and toward purposeful, self-directed growth.
